Will I receive the item shown
Most items are ready to go, so yes you will.
For items made to order (this is specified in the description) the gemstones used may not be exactly the same as the original photo. Since gemstones and pearls are a natural material and each one has it own beautiful unique qualities. However, it will be as close to the original item as possible in terms of size and color.
Please know that most gemstones on the market these days are treated to enhance their color and/or appearance. However, I also like to use natural untreated gemstones when I can get them.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are gift boxed and shipped in a padded bag for extra protection as standard.
Please request gift wrapping at checkout if you want your box tied with ribbon including your personal gift note. Your package will come with a gift receipt.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery at customers expenses
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
